What happens if I order a product, but when it arrives, I don't like it? Can I return it?

Yes, we will accept returns on unused - new products and are returned within 14 days of delivery. It shall be your responsibility to package and insure any deliveries. If products arrive in new condition, without damage, you will be credited for the full amount of purchase minus shipping charges.


Christmas Return Policy.

To help our customers doing shopping for the Holidays, we extend our return policy so that any items purchased from November 20 until December 24th can be returned until January 5th.


Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only if in the state of Michigan. Sales Tax of 6% will be added if you are in Michigan.


Are you going to sell my name to some mailing list?

No! We will not give, sell, or distribute your name to anyone!!

If I do order with my credit card is this safe?

Yes! We use a secure server so your credit card information is probably safer than if you purchased something in a store.


What are the shipping Charges? Handling Charges?

When you go to check out, the cart will calculate shipping charges for you.

We feel the prices should be the prices of the product alone and you will get charged on what is called Value Based Rates: which calclates the shipping fee based on the total cost of the items in your order. Not inflated Shipping & Handling Fees.
